Hey ya'll I found a bunch of useful crafting and gathering videos from this guy on youtube called Mithrie. I'm gonna post some links to his playslists and spreadsheets in case anyone is interested in learning more about them. I learned a lot!

General Crafting Guides: I suggest videos #1 for everyone, then #16-19 if you have a crafter at or close to 60. But he breaks down small level brackets to anyone who is just starting if you want to watch the rest!

Crafting Rotations: These are really cool! He makes crafting macros that you can use once you hit 60 and have HQ crafted gear to 100% almost any craft! I've watched a couple and I'm blown away.

Gather Meld Spreadsheet: How to meld your crafted HQ gear (for red scripts I think)

Crafter Meld Spreadsheets: Same thing as above but for crafting.

Mithrie's Masterlist of crafting guides: Here's a nice document he made that you can save for quick use. Has pretty much everything you need to know about end game crafting, power leveling jobs, macros, etc.

Desynth Guide: Two different guides on how to grind up your desynthesis level. Both are the same just formatted differently.

Spiritbonding Guide: Easy way to get materia!
